Among them are leaders in finance and operations, aerospace expertise, financial strategy, and innovative problem-solving. Together, they drive Precision Aerospace Group’s growth and industry presence, with a commitment to welcoming new members and maintaining relevance in an ever-evolving landscape.
Maynard J. Hellman
Chairman
Maynard spent 30 years in the private practice of law, representing lenders and real estate developers in commercial transactions and corporate clients in various facets of business transactions. In 2001, Maynard was a founder, President and General Counsel of Lakeview Health Systems, LLC where he oversaw the company’s healthcare compliance, expansion and corporate governance until the company was sold to a private equity group in 2012. In 2013, Maynard joined the hedge fund, Barnstar Opportunities Fund as an investor and General Counsel overseeing compliance in the implementation of best practices until 2015.
Glenn Argenbright
Mr. Argenbright has over 25 years experience operating and running a variety of private, pre-IPO, and public technology companies. He has founded over a dozen startup ventures, resulting in three public offerings, nine exits, and billions in shareholder returns. Early in his career, he co-founded Mediaplex, one of the original online ad serving platforms. The Company went on to a successful IPO, with a valuation in excess of $4.5 Billion. Other notable exits include Intellicom, Jotter, and SFLK – where he restructured the business and successfully relisted the Company on NASDAQ. Mr. Argenbright is the Founder and current General Partner of Seattle based Quake Capital, and is the Chairman of Quake Funds I, II, III and IV. Mr. Argenbright serves as an executive in residence to Quake’s portfolio of Companies, providing strategic, financial and operational guidance.
Larry E. Thomson
With over 45 years of experience in the financial and legal sectors, Mr. Thompson is a seasoned board leader and advisor, and is an expert witness in complex securities litigation cases. Mr. Thompson has vast experience dealing with multiple domestic (SEC & CFTC) regulatory bodies as well as agencies across Europe and Asia. He is a long-time board member and incoming chairman of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of NY (FHLBNY). Mr. Thompson spent most of his professional career as a leader within the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), a provider of post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. Mr. Thompson was an integral part of the company during a time it operated in 16 countries and, through its subsidiaries, automated, centralized, and standardized the processing of financial transactions, mitigating risk, increasing transparency, and driving efficiency for thousands of broker/dealers, custodian banks, and asset managers worldwide.
Ronald J. Buschur
Mr. Ronald Buschur has over 30 years of executive experience leading multi-national high-tech manufacturing companies and Fortune 500 companies as well as successful startup companies. A visionary who is extremely successful in identifying and capturing new business and international market opportunities through strategic identification and negotiation of mergers, IPO acquisitions, joint ventures, global strategic alliances and partnerships which led to an overall increase in the enterprise value. Early in his career he was the CEO of Powerwave Technologies, growing the Company from $473M to over $890M, providing products and solutions to successfully support the U.S. Department of Defense, UK and many other governments around the globe. Mr. Buschur is also an Investor and serial entrepreneur. Most recently, Mr. Buschur has established Advanced Medical Device Technologies designing, medical devices will improve patient safety, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes.
