Precision Aerospace Group’s management team encompasses diverse backgrounds and experiences. Among them are leaders in finance and operations, aerospace expertise, financial strategy, and innovative problem-solving. Together, they drive Precision Aerospace Group’s growth and industry presence, with a commitment to welcoming new members and maintaining relevance in an ever-evolving landscape.

Ronald J. Buschur
Interim CEO, Precision Aerospace Group, Inc.
Mr. Ronald Buschur has over 30 years of executive experience leading multi-national high-tech manufacturing companies and Fortune 500 companies as well as successful startup companies. A visionary who is extremely successful in identifying and capturing new business and international market opportunities through strategic identification and negotiation of mergers, IPO acquisitions, joint ventures, global strategic alliances and partnerships which led to an overall increase in the enterprise value. Early in his career he was the CEO of Powerwave Technologies, growing the Company from $473M to over $890M, providing products and solutions to successfully support the U.S. Department of Defense, UK and many other governments around the globe. Mr. Buschur is also an Investor and serial entrepreneur. Most recently, Mr. Buschur has established Advanced Medical Device Technologies designing, medical devices will improve patient safety, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes.

Joe Thiewes
Chief Financial Officer, Precision Aerospace Group, Inc.
Joe Thiewes, a University of Missouri graduate, brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing finance. He joined Precision Aerospace Group (PAG) as Chief Financial Officer after serving as CFO of Aerodyn. Previously, he spent three years as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Enjet Aero. Joe’s career includes key financial leadership roles at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), General Electric, and Parker Hannifin, where he advanced to Division Chief Financial Officer.

Doug Melvin
Founder, Aerofab NDT
Doug Melvin is a founder and majority principal of Aerofab NDT, established in 2013. Mr. Melvin has 23 years of experience in the Aerospace Nondestructive. Doug’s responsibilities include management of the company and directing global sales while expanding the Company’s strategic business partnerships through an ever-increasing network of resellers and distributors. Through Doug’s foresight and leadership, the company has increased its revenues 25-40% per annum for the past 6 years and delivers passionate and deliberate customer support and solutions.

Melinda Gerard-Hornock
General Manager, Maney Aircraft, Inc.
Melinda has the overall responsibility for business execution and results, new business, customer and employee satisfaction, budget compliance, and has complete profit and loss responsibility. Under her direction, the organization has achieved profitability every year since 2007. During her tenure at Maney she has completed rigorous training with the U.S Government in finance, management, and Government Contract Law. She is an active member of NCMA, Young Presidents Organization and a former member of TEC/Vistage. She has received several awards for professional achievement, including NCMA’s Outstanding Chapter Leadership Award. Melinda Gerard joined Maney Aircraft, Inc. in July 1995 and was promoted to CEO in September 2019.

Jennifer Haskins
General Manager & CFO, V&M Precision Machining.
Ms. Haskins has overall responsibility for the strategic vision, goals, business execution and results, customer & employee satisfaction, continuous quality improvement, and site performance and growth. During her first year as general manager, she was able to increase EBITDA by 12%. Mrs. Haskins joined V&M Precision Machining and Grinding in January 2020 as a controller with an extensive background in the Aerospace Industry. During the last 15 year of her manufacturing career, she successfully increased profits at over 5 locations by a minimum of 17% for each location. One location included a 1000% EBTDA improvement in 12 months, driven by productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Dave Lawrence
Founder & Chief Technical Officer, Aerodyn Engineering, Inc.
Dave Lawrence, a University of Michigan graduate, has over 45 years of industry experience and holds two patents in the gas turbine sector. He founded Aerodyn in 2002, guiding its growth to over $20 million. Before Aerodyn, Dave held key roles at Rolls-Royce, Test Devices, Quality Aero Technologies, and Garrett Engine Turbine Co. As Chief Technical Officer at Aerodyn, he provides expertise and mentorship on complex aerospace and defense projects.

Keith Yeager
President, Aerodyn Engineering, Inc.
Keith Yeager holds degrees from Purdue University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he earned his master’s degree. With over 25 years of industry experience, he joined Aerodyn in 2004 as a Slip Ring Engineer and advanced through key leadership roles, including Manufacturing Department Manager, ATTYC General Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Prior to Aerodyn, Keith gained experience at General Motors. In his current role as President of Aerodyn, he leverages his extensive expertise within the organization to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Nicole Abernathy
VP of Business Administration, Aerodyn Engineering, Inc.
Nicole Abernathy, a graduate of Indiana University, brings over 20 years of industry experience. She joined Aerodyn in 2003 as an accounting assistant and advanced through key roles, including Sales Account Manager, Purchasing Manager, and HR Manager. In her current role as Vice President of Business Administration, she oversees critical support functions across the organization, including Human Resources, Export Compliance, Facility Security, Sales, and administrative operations.
